Die raue, windige und regnerische Region pr\u00e4gt diese robusten und widerstandsf\u00e4higen Rinder, welche f\u00fcr die ganzj\u00e4hrige Freilandhaltung geeignet sind. Deshalb\u00a0 wird diese klein-bis mittelrahmige Robust-Rasse in extensiver Weidewirtschaft gehalten.<br \/>\nZu bedenken ist, seit Urzeiten geben uns die K\u00fche Milch, Fleisch und Arbeit. Sie holen dies aus schlichtem Gras, das f\u00fcr uns keinen N\u00e4hrwert hat.
